Action Shots are the best.  Special thanks to my good friend and photographer Kristen DeCraucaz for all of these photos.  She spent a lot of time reviewing video and capturing these still shots for me.  These photos were taken of Hotske in late April when she was not quite 11 months old.  She is much more muscular now, but even in these photos she has a lot of presence.  She balances herself well on her hind legs and shows a lot of extension as she runs.

Yes, at the time I did use grain, but when the camera is rolling...          ...You might as well.  Nowadays she follows me so well, grain would be risky.

I wonder where Hotske gets her playful personality.  Her mom, her dad, or maybe someone else?

She ran all over the place with my visor on.  It stayed on through tiwsting, turning, running, and bucking.
