| Hotske has a new home! 2005 After being on the waiting list for a year and a half, we were admitted to the Maui Horse Center. In Makawao town, this facility takes up a significant stretch of Makawao Ave with it's acres and acres of pasture. There is a covered riding arena, a large outdoor grass arena, and lots of space for a good hack. Hotske loves having an endless supply of grass and is getting to know all her new pasture buddies. As of March, we will begin light riding work. Her knees have been x-rayed and are done growing, so it's ok to start. She has a beautiful prestige saddle, and enjoys being ridden. |

| There are several large pastures to rotate the horses through. Mares and geldings are kept in separate pastures. The veterinary clinic is right there on the hill, and at the skyline is the summit of Haleakala. | |||||||||||||||||||
