Hotske is learning to give to the bit, and I am learning to provide the steadiness and support she needs to balance as she moves onto the bit. Kate Seery, my instructor took this photo during the warmup of our riding lesson. Her black summer coat is comming in.

notice anything in this photo? Hotske has a temporary tattoo of sorts. I used some extra black hair dye to make a heart where the saddle goes.

We finally made it to the beach! In mid June 2006, on a sunny morning, Hotske and I went to the beach with a friend. CLICK HERE to see our BEACH page!

Here is my first attempt at a double french braid.  Her mane usually falls to the right.
